Investigate the details of the project

You are the leader

There can be many challenges during the project development phase, but you need to be able to support your team and motivate them to work harder. Manage the risks of the project

Your experience in previous similar projects will allow you to anticipate possible risks, try to avoid them, or prepare for their consequences in advance. Be open to the team
Since you need to be aware of all the processes, be always in touch with your team members and other stakeholders. At all stages of the project, communication should be honest, open, and understandable. You are also responsible for ensuring that everyone has the information they need to make decisions and successfully implement the project.
