
We are a growing international tech company specialising in embedded systems and electronics. As we expand our presence, we are opening a new office in Poznań. We are seeking an experienced HR professional to develop and manage our people operations on the ground in a full-time, hybrid role.

HR & Recruitment (Primary Focus):
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles in Poland: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and hiring.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by leveraging LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and strategic networking.
- Own and manage onboarding and adaptation processes to ensure a positive new hire experience.
- Support and administer core HR processes: performance reviews, employee engagement initiatives, and retention activities.
- Maintain HR documentation, records, and reporting in line with company policies and Polish labor law.
Site Management (Local Office Support):
- Act as the main point of contact for employees in the Poznań office, supporting day-to-day matters.
- Ensure compliance with internal office and hybrid work processes at the local level.
- Coordinate relationships with landlords, vendors, and service providers.
- Support partnerships with local universities, organize team-building activities, and promote Poznań office initiatives within the wider company.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in a hands-on HR Generalist role, with a strong recruitment background (preferably in IT/tech).
- Proven track record in building and supporting HR processes (onboarding, performance management, engagement, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at all levels.
- Problem-solving mindset, organizational strength, and ability to work independently.
- Full professional proficiency in English (B2+ or higher).


Will be a plus:
- Working knowledge of Polish labor law and HR administrative procedures.
- German language skills.
