At Promwad, we cover all aspects of turnkey design and assemble an engineering team with a tech lead and management. Our clients do not have to involve their in-house specialists or an external integrator.

Power Metering Systems

Accurate power monitoring enables:

  • Effective resource management,
  • Identification of inefficiencies,
  • Reasonable cost allocation.

Electric grid monitoring and real-time energy systems measure parameters such as currents, voltages, power factor, and energy consumption.

We build portable devices and advanced digital, analogue, and intelligent power metering solutions. Digital and smart metres communicate with other devices, collecting and providing real-time data.

ThingsBoard Implementation for Power Grid Monitoring System

We developed a cloud-based electrical grid monitoring tool for a European data centre's server room. Based on ThingsBoard, the solution helps prevent equipment failure, avoid repair costs, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key features:

  • Custom dashboard visualising real-time energy metrics, including voltage fluctuations and load changes
  • Alerting mechanism triggering notifications for abnormal power readings or fluctuations exceeding thresholds
  • Anomaly logging and notifications displayed as a widget on the main dashboard
