We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team! Promwad is an innovative hardware and software outsourcing company dedicated to transforming ideas into successful products.

What you will do

  • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries, ensuring a seamless, positive customer experience. Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with our existing customer base.
  • Account Growth and Retention: Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling, working closely with the sales and product teams to introduce relevant offerings that meet our customers' evolving needs.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive account plans that align with our strategic goals, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.


  • Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer within our organization, gathering and relaying customer feedback to relevant departments to guide product development, service improvements, and sales strategies.
  • Account Growth and Retention: Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling by closely working with the sales and product teams to introduce relevant offerings. 
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on account metrics, including satisfaction scores, revenue growth, and retention rates, using CRM tools to analyze trends and adjust strategies as necessary.


What we would like to see in you

  • 3+ years of successful sales experience (software, hardware, SaaS product companies) with a strong focus on client growth and long lasting relationships.
  • Software and hardware development understanding, including embedded systems, programming languages, and relevant technologies. Good understanding of product lifecycle. 
  • English – Upper-intermediate/ Advanced.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Solid market research and analytical skills to identify business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
