Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. You will communicate with our clients on behalf of the company, plan and supervise the progress of our hardware and software projects.

Our engineering team designs hardware and develops software for various industries: automotive, telecom, broadcasting, and industrial automation. The results of their work are embodied in mass-produced products used by millions of people worldwide.

Location: Niš, Serbia / Poznań, Poland

Full-cycle project management;
Presale, planning, execution, testing, production;
Maintaining and providing the project with project documentation;
Goal setting and control;
Development process optimization;
Risk management and change management;
Communication with customers and management of development teams;
Reporting on the project results to C-level stakeholders;
Work with distributed teams;
Work with customer expectations.

What we would like to see in you

Experience as a Рroject Manager 2+ years.
Excellent English skills to communicate easily with the clients and provide up to date feedback (B2+).
Understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile) and experience with them.

Experience with Jira, Confluence and Google space.
Strong organizational skills, including a sense of responsibility, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
