A multilingual live & VOD streaming app rebuilt from scratch — now with integrated donation-based monetization — for a global TV network watched in 90+ countries.

Challenge 

The legacy hybrid app had complex web-view routing and limited scalability. The client needed a new Flutter-based OTT app with a single codebase, improved video quality, five-language localization, VOD + live TV with EPG, Chromecast/AirPlay support, and integrated third-party donations across multiple branded variants. 

Solution
