• Conducting market research and analysis, searching for the procurement process.
• Ensuring the availability of products in the required quantity and assortment.
• Communicating with international suppliers (email correspondence, phone calls).
• Search for new and interact with current contractors to produce electronic and mechanical custom products.
• Working with electronic trading platforms and marketplaces.
• Analysing, evaluating, and selecting the best commercial offers.

• Negotiating and agreeing on contract terms, analysing logistics chains, and claims work.
• Organisation and control of the delivery process.
• Organisation and support of logistics for the delivery of goods between the company's offices.
• Interaction with customs brokers on customs clearance of purchased goods (EU, Serbia).
• Interacting with suppliers at all stages of the supply process.
• Controlling and recording the receipt of goods.

• Experience working with an industrial group of goods, in particular, electronic components.
• At least 1 year of experience in procurement.
• Fluent English (written communication).
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to respond quickly and make independent decisions in critical situations.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in professional activities.
• Ability to work with large volumes of information and analyse it effectively.
• Business correspondence skills.
