HR Manager

We're looking for an HR Manager to develop and run our people operations on the ground. In this full-time, hybrid role you'll shape the everyday HR experience across our teams and help our engineers do their best work.

We design hardware and develop software for a range of industries: automotive, telecom, broadcasting, industrial automation, and robotics. The results of our work are embodied in mass-produced products used by millions of people worldwide.

What you will do

conduct and coordinate Performance Reviews, collect and analyze employee feedback;
support employees and managers with day-to-day HR-related matters;
manage the Dismissal Process and conduct Exit Interviews;
conduct regular employee surveys, analyze the results, and provide recommendations;
maintain HR documentation and reporting, and ensure HR data is up to date;
monitor regular HR processes and ensure they are completed on time;
develop and support corporate culture and employee engagement;
participate in organizing corporate events and internal activities;
participate in developing and maintaining Promwad’s HR Brand in Poland, Serbia, Lithuania, and Latvia;
contribute to improving HR processes and handle day-to-day HR operational tasks.

What we would like to see in you

3+ years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Generalist or HR Manager;
hands-on experience with Performance Reviews, employee surveys, Exit Interviews and HR processes;
good understanding of the employee lifecycle and core HR practices;
experience working directly with employees and managers and handling day-to-day HR matters;
strong communication and interpersonal skills;

ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple HR processes simultaneously;
strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;
English — B2 or higher, as you will be working with an international team.
