Case Study: Control Unit for Spot Spraying

We developed an intelligent sprayer control system for an agricultural machinery manufacturer. The system enables precise chemical and fertiliser application with automatic nozzle control based on camera input and GNSS data. It supports section control and even per-plant spraying — applying only where needed to reduce waste. For reliable operation in harsh environments, we added real-time flow and level sensors, integrated lighting, and a multi-camera system for visual monitoring.
