Client & Challenge
Our customer is a global manufacturer of power control, sensors and electronic components. Its European R&D office which is responsible for automotive sensors development, faced a growing workload on safety-related products — from seatbelt pretensioners to solar sensors. Internal engineers were overloaded with parallel tasks, and the company needed external consultancy to maintain delivery speed.
The challenge was not a large greenfield project, but a flow of continuous, small-yet-critical tasks: updating firmware, integrating new functions, and supporting existing devices. Even minor delays could slow down product launches for multiple OEM customers.
