What you will do

Administer and optimise domain services, hypervisors, and core systems to ensure reliability and performance.
Collaborate on high-impact projects to develop and expand our distributed network and service infrastructure.
Support and enhance storage systems, backup solutions, and IPS/IDS systems to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity.
Drive automation through participation in CI/CD projects, streamlining processes, and increasing operational efficiency.
Maintain technical documentation to ensure all systems and processes are documented and up to date.
Shape the future of the company’s infrastructure by actively contributing to strategic plans and improvements.

What we would like to see in you

Expert knowledge of networking technologies and protocols including Mikrotik, OpenWrt, Cisco, D-Link, IPsec, OpenVPN, WireGuard, SoftEther, RADIUS, iptables, NAT, DMZ, IPv6, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, Multicast, and Wireshark.
Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere/vCenter and a deep understanding of storage systems (RAID, XFS, btrfs, ext4, iSCSI, cache, and network-specific features).
Strong expertise with server operating systems Windows/Linux, and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize systems for peak performance.

Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, MSSQL, and strong SQL skills.
Proven skills with web servers (nginx, Apache, PHP, MariaDB, and chroot environments).
Scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, Python to automate tasks and improve workflows.
7+ years of experience as a system administrator. Prior leadership experience is a big plus.

Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Intermediate English proficiency (both spoken and written) to interact effectively with international teams and clients.
