Inside Promwad Tactics 2026: Five Priorities to Deliver More Value to Our Clients

Last week, our leadership team gathered in our engineering office in Daugavpils, Latvia, for a tactical session. It was a chance to step away from day-to-day project work and look at how we can become a better engineering partner for our clients.

During the meeting we reviewed our roadmap and agreed on five priorities that will guide Promwad in 2026. The goal is simple: make our collaboration with clients more focused, more proactive, and easier to manage.

Below I’d like to briefly share these priorities and what they mean for the companies we work with.

1. Moving toward value-based collaboration

Many of our clients expect more from engineering partners today. They want not only execution, but also initiative — ideas, architectural suggestions, and technical perspective. We see the same trend and want to respond to it.

One area we are actively experimenting with is combining AI tools with human engineering expertise. Our early tests show that the best results appear when these two elements work together.

AI can help analyze information and explore options quickly. Experienced solution architects and electronics engineers provide judgment, technical depth, and responsibility for the final decisions.

Our task now is to build the right workflow between these two sides so that the result actually helps our teams and our clients.

2. Expanding our work on IP & technology platforms

In parallel with project-based engineering services, we continue working on reusable technology platforms that give our clients a reliable shortcut to innovation.

Instead of spending months designing hardware, integrating drivers, and debugging complex embedded systems, our clients can start with a working architecture in predictive maintenance systems, cybersecurity, and robotics.

Our hardware–software platforms are not boxed products. They are engineering building blocks that help R&D team launch prototypes, pilots, and production-ready devices faster — with fewer risks and a more predictable development timeline.

Here are just a few examples of such engineering accelerators:

3. Improving delivery and project management practices

In engineering projects, project managers constantly balance three constraints: budget, quality, and schedule. Keeping these factors under control is one of the hardest parts of product development.

Promwad already has a strong engineering base and experienced solution architects. Our next step is strengthening the way projects are managed and delivered.

In 2026 we will invest additional effort in improving project management practices, engineering processes, and collaboration between technical teams and project leaders.

For our clients, this work should translate into more predictable timelines and smoother project execution.

4. Growing our presence closer to clients

Another priority for 2026 is strengthening several of our representative offices in Europe.

We plan to continue developing our presence in Germany, which remains one of our most important markets, as well as in the Netherlands at High Tech Campus Eindhoven, where we see strong opportunities to build new partnerships.

Part of the plan is to bring some delivery capabilities closer to customers. This helps improve communication, respond faster to requests, and work more closely with client teams.

We will keep investing in our engineering centers:

We also agreed to run several experiments in the United States to better understand how we can work with clients in that market.

5. Clearer focus on the clients we serve best

The last key topic of the session was refining our customer profiles and value propositions.

In practice, this means being more precise about the projects and industries where Promwad can contribute the most. When the right expertise meets the right type of project, collaboration becomes much more productive.

As Daniil Samoshchenko, Head of Marketing at Promwad, noted:

Thank you to our team and partners

I would like to thank our team for the open discussions and thoughtful work during this tactical session in Daugavpils. When engineers, architects, and business leaders work together as a cross-functional team, their combined expertise leads to better decisions.

I also want to thank our clients and partners who continue working with Promwad. Your projects push us to improve how we design, build, and deliver complex electronics and embedded systems.

Have a complex electronics or embedded systems project in mind?

Our engineering team would be happy to discuss how Promwad can support your product development journey.
