In-video shopping AI for STBs

Promwad’s team helped the Oyper startup create an AI solution for scanning clothes and other items within video streams. The result was an Android- and Java-based app for smart TV STB. The app automatically finds links to online stores, allowing users to buy items from the streams with a few clicks. We have also launched a mobile app to cover more content on social networks.

IPTV delivery apps

An app with multi-screen works with up to five user devices within a single account: set-top boxes, PCs, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. It delivers video broadcasting to any device and saves the viewing position when switching to another screen. Also, the app supports personal video recording (PVR), a watch-later function, a smart TV guide, and parental control. Available for Android and iOS.

STB design

Turnkey STB design

We have developed a model range of IPTV set-top boxes, implemented support for MPEG-2/4 and ЗD/НD, and ensured licence coverage of all the proprietary audio and video coding standards. It was a turnkey project that involved hardware design, engineering of Linux-based software, enclosure and mechanical design, and mass-production support.
