We're looking for a visionary, hands-on Marketing Lead to take our innovative services to new heights. As a marketing leader with 3+ years of proven experience, you'll drive revenue growth through bold strategy and creative execution.

What you will do

  • Market research. Monitor market trends and key competitors’ activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth. 
  • Market fit. Develop and maintain ICPs. Conduct customer development interviews for new services to validate problem-solution fit. Use ABC and XYZ analysis to segment customers and tailor marketing strategies.
  • Marketing strategy & execution. Develop and own the marketing roadmap, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Marketing campaigns & lead generation. Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including contextual ads, banners, targeting, and retargeting. Optimise sales funnels and reduce costs by identifying high-performing channels. Run email marketing campaigns.
  • Content & campaign oversight. Create and monitor compelling content across the website, social media, email campaigns and advertising.
  • Performance optimisation. Analyse and improve key metrics such as lead conversion rates, customer acquisition costs and ROI.
  • Budget management. Oversee the digital marketing budget for efficient allocation of resources across channels and campaigns.
  • Leading a team. Interact with a marketing team, setting tasks and overseeing performance. Work with sales, pre-sales (outbound) and engineering teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business unit objectives.
 

What we would like to see in you

  • University degree (marketing and advertising, economics). 
  • Knowledge of the IT market.
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Successful experience in promoting and launching new IT products on the B2B market (foreign markets).
  • A data-driven mindset combined with creative vision and hands-on execution. 

 

  • Knowledge of the principles of sales results analysis, promotion technologies and modern marketing technologies.
  • Excellent spoken English.
