We are looking for a DACH Sales Development Representative to join our team. Promwad is an innovative hardware and software outsourcing company dedicated to transforming ideas into successful products. 

With a strong commitment to excellence and innovation, we serve clients across various industries, offering top-tier development services that bridge the gap between concept and reality. 


Location: Stuttgart and Munich, Germany
(Local Presence Required).

Type: Full-Time.

What you will do

  • Drive sales volume growth in the DACH region, particularly in Stuttgart and Munich, by seizing immediate opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships within the local community to expand our client base.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand client needs and showcase Promwad's value proposition.
  • Leverage local insights to uncover new sales opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to strategically position Promwad.

What we would like to see in you

  • 3+ years of demonstrated sales experience, preferably in the tech, hardware, or software sectors.
  • Local network in automotive, industrial, telecom, with a focus on software.
  • Fluency in German and English for effective communication.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Basic understanding of hardware and software development processes is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing,
    or a related field is preferred but not required.
