The IBC2022 show — the largest exhibitions devoted to media, entertainment, and technology — ended a week ago, but we are still working through its results. Our colleagues, who visited this show, have shared their feedback with us, which we publish in this blog post.
The photo shows Alex Worobjow, Director at Promwad GmbH, and Stefan Gnann, CEO of Lynx Technik AG, a manufacturer of broadcasting and ProAV equipment.

Also, we had a productive meeting with Amlogic, the leading supplier of multimedia SoC for set-top boxes and SmartTVs. They introduced us to Amlogic's Technical Director and the Head of Software Development at Amlogic. This meeting was made possible by the positive feedback on our designs for Vestel.
And as for the industry trend, we noticed at IBC 2022: the merging of Automotive and Digital TV platforms. Multimedia is migrating from home gadgets to cars, and the car itself is becoming more than just a means of transport, a part of the user's information space. The essence of the trend is the symbiosis between multimedia systems and automotive electronics. Content consumption does not end as soon as users leave their homes and offices and move into their cars or public transport.
